2024 Ram Heavy Duty Launched at Work Truck Week

The Ram Heavy Duty aims to be the most powerful, most capable pickup in the segment offers a towing capacity of up to 37,090 lbs. and a payload capacity of 7,680 lbs. Ram was the first to achieve the 1,000 lb.-ft. of torque milestone with the Cummins I-6 Turbo Diesel, now rated at 1,075 lb.-ft. of torque. Class-leading ride and handling is accomplished via a class-exclusive link-coil rear (2500) suspension system with optional rear air suspension (2500 and 3500). 

New for 2024: 

• 2024 Ram Heavy Duty now includes Tailgate Ajar warning lamp as standard equipment across the lineup

• The Ram Power Wagon is driven by the 6.4-liter HEMI V-8 engine and unique suspension system
• Engine options include:  
  • 6.4-L HEMI V-8 delivers 410 hp at 5,600 rpm and 429 lb.-ft. of torque at 4,000 rpm – and features variable-valve timing (VVT) with Fuel Saver Technology cylinder deactivation
  • 6.7-L Cummins Standard-Output Turbo Diesel produces 370 hp and 850 lb.-ft. of torque (Ram 2500 and 3500)
  • 6.7-L Cummins High-Output Turbo Diesel produces 420 hp and 1,075 lb.-ft. of torque (Ram 3500)
