The new Weiler E1650 Remixing Transfer Vehicle combines innovative features with proven components to increase productivity while reducing operating costs.

• 15 tons of onboard storage, triple pitch remix augers and 600 tph (544 mtph) discharge capacity provide non-stop, non-contact paving with reducing particulate and thermal segregation
• Variable speed elevator and conveyors allow chain speed to match production, minimizing wear and material segregation
• 8-ft. 6-in. width from outside of tire to outside of tire and optional rear steer with 16-ft.  inside turning radius provide excellent maneuverability on narrow roads and tight jobsites
• 24-in. shifting operator platform, with ergonomic controls, is located at the front of the machine for exceptional visibility and operator comfort
• Optional storage hopper management system notifies operators of the material level in the storage hopper
• The paver hopper management system controls the speed of the discharge conveyor and storage elevator to maintain consistent material level in paver hopper insert while the distance to paver radar maintains the distance between the E1650 and paver
• Full-width, hydraulic drop down floors along with four clam-shell doors for ground level access to the storage hopper and remix augers provide unmatched access for cleanout and machine inspection
