SafeGauge offers the SafeTest PT Series for technicians to monitor high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems up to 164 ft. (50 m) away. This solution is wireless, enabling individuals to inspect systems at safe distances. Available in various sizes, these kits can also be configured with a variety of pressure ranges to meet the requirements of various applications.
The SafeTest PT Kit is packaged in a rugged hard shell carry case, with bespoke high density foam molding and built-in charging harness for transport around jobsites.
Individuals can pair the kit with a wide range of accessories, such as specialized fittings and adaptors, extension hoses and magnetic bases to facilitate hands-free pressure testing. Available pressure range options include: one to five bar, 25 bar, 100 bar, 300 bar and 600 bar.
Technicians use the MultiTool to connect to the SafeTest pressure transducers. The touchscreen interface allows setup, navigation and testing of up to seven devices at one time. Each pressure transducer can be identified by its unique serial number. This number is used to pair each sensor to the MultiTool, where it can be given a customized title that’s stored in memory.
