The Pro Patch 55 is a 55-gal. melter designed specifically to heat both mastic material and rubberized crack filling material. The Pro Patch 55 is similar in design to KM International’s KM 55 rubber melting machine with a few added features and upgrades to make it fully compatible with mastic materials.

  • Thermostatically controlled
  • Hydraulically driven 360-degree agitation system
  • Triple wall insulation
  • 4-in. flow valve
  • Utility hand torch
  • 60,000 btu propane burner
  • Material ready to pour in 1 hour
  • Use standard crack fill rubber or mastic material
