Kleemann has launched the MOBIREX MR 130i PRO Mobile Impact Crusher, serving as a new family member from the PRO line. The plant is used as a primary and secondary crusher and combines output and sustainability.
Handling Natural Stone and Recycling
The new impact crusher covers a wide range of applications: from soft to medium-hard natural stone to recycling applications, such as the processing of concrete, rubble and asphalt. This machine generates an hourly output of up to 661 U.S. t/h. With its heavy rotor and powerful electric 335 hp drive together with pre-screening capabilities, the crushing unit provides high and stable throughput. Thanks to the Continuous Feed System CFS, continuous crusher utilization is provided.
Protecting Operators and the Environment
The all-electric drive concept E-DRIVE with the option of an external power supply enables the MR 130i PRO to be operated onsite free of emissions. Hydraulic oil is only required for setting and setup functions. When operated via the diesel generator, the power- and load-dependent fan helps reduce noise emission. An optional power pack housing is available for additional noise reduction. Thanks to water spraying at relevant points such as the crusher inlet, the discharge conveyors and the post screening unit as well as various belt covers, dust can be minimized.
Production
The MOBIREX MR 130i PRO features two impact toggles and versatile rotor ledge options for production capacity. This machine is also equipped with an 11 yd2 large, optional double-deck post screening unit (in the upper deck). This allows a single machine and without an additional screening plant to produce two classified final grain sizes.
The use of an optional wind sifter can adjust the final product quality further by removing contamination in the material, such as lightweight materials, wood and plastic. The air flow can be controlled depending on the material.
Digital Features
With SPECTIVE, the operator receives different tools for operation on the jobsite. The 12-in. touch panel has simple user guidance and visualization. With the large SPECTIVE radio remote control, the plants are moved from the low loader and the setup procedure can be carried out from a safe distance of the machine. The small SPECTIVE radio remote control can also be used to execute relevant functions from an excavator.
SPECTIVE CONNECT facilitates worksite digitalization of the MOBIREX MR 130i PRO. Plant data is transferred to the smartphone and supports reporting requirements.
