Blastcrete MX-20MT Mixer/Pump Offers a 20-tph Output

The MX-20MT mixer/pump gives contractors a high-output, easy-to-use unit for shotcrete and refractory work in a variety of applications, including steel mills, cement plants and petrochemical plants. The machine provides twice the output of the company’s MX-10 mixer/pump yet has nearly the same compact footprint. It’s mounted to a single-chassis trailer for convenience as well as fast and easy transportation, setup and cleaning.

• 1-metric-ton mixer with high-speed hydraulic agitator
• 4-in. swing-tube piston pump operates with up to 2,200-psi pumping pressure for consistent installation of as much as 20 metric tons of material per hour
• Can vertically pump refractory material in excess of 300 ft. and load the hopper with as much as 2,500 lbs. of material
• Can be set up with a single person using a forklift
• Includes a swing-out hopper and 20-minute quick changeout 4-in. flat pack
• 22-sq.-ft. platform with electrical controls mounted on the platform and positioned away from the mixer
• Can be used with the DustAway system to contain dust as the mixer fills
• 173-hp John Deere Model 6068HF water-cooled diesel engine or optional electric motors
